Terms of service

These terms apply when a business buys a plan from Leppo (“we”). They are business-to-business terms; plans are not sold to consumers.

1. Plans and prices

Plans and prices are as shown on the pricing page on the day you buy. Prices exclude VAT.

2. Payment

Setup plus the first month are paid upfront by card. After that, the monthly fee is collected by UK Direct Debit. Prepaying 6 months gives 10% off; prepaying a year gives 2 months free.

3. Minimum term and notice

The minimum term is 3 months from go-live. After that, the plan runs month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice.

4. Go-live

We go live within 14 days of payment, on a date we give you at the kickoff call, provided you've given us the access and material listed in the kickoff: access to your Meta account, domain and call forwarding, and your job photos and videos.

5. Ad spend

You pay Meta and Google directly from your own ad account. The minimums are £750 a month on the Booked-Jobs System and £1,500 a month on Growth and Done-For-You. Speed-to-Lead includes no ads.

6. The guarantee

Booked-Jobs System, Growth and Done-For-You: Every enquiry answered in under 60 seconds, and 10+ qualified quote requests in 60 days, or we work free until you get them. Speed-to-Lead: Every enquiry answered in under 60 seconds, or we work free until it is.

• The 60 days start on the go-live date.
• A qualified quote request is an enquiry from a homeowner in your service area, for a service you offer, with working contact details.
• The guarantee holds when you spend at least the ad minimum for your plan and reply personally to leads within 1 business day.
• “Work free” means we waive our monthly fee until the target is met. Ad spend paid to Meta and Google is not refunded.

7. Changes

Each build includes two rounds of changes. Bigger changes are quoted separately before we start.

8. Ownership and intellectual property

You own your quote page, your ad account, your ads and your data. We keep ownership of our templates, automations and methods, and give you a licence to use them while your plan is active.

9. Data processing

When we handle your customers' personal data, we do so as your processor under UK GDPR Article 28. Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms and is sent with your order. Our own use of data is covered by our privacy notice.

10. Liability

Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or for the actions of Meta, Google, mobile networks or other platforms. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

12. Language

These terms are available in English and Dutch. Both versions have equal standing.
